How can I pay?
For monthly subscriptions, we accept all Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
For annual subscriptions, we accept payment by invoice. please contact email@example.com to arrange this.
What currencies can I pay in?
We support plan prices in three currencies: US Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds.
How do I reset / recover my password?
You can reset your password by clicking Forgot Password on the login page, and then entering your email.
After submitting you will shortly receive an email to that address, with a link and instructions for how to proceed.
Why am I getting the error "An account with this email address already exists"?
An account with this address has already been registered -- possibly by someone adding you as a collaborator. Reset the password and you will be able to access it.
Can I delete my account?
You can delete your Podaris user account at any time. This operation CANNOT be undone.
Before you request to do so, you should transfer ownership or delete any projects you might own. Comments you have made in other people's projects will remain, but will be attributed to "anonymous".
Your username will become available to new accounts, and your subscription plan will be canceled.
To request for your account to be deleted please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
